Met Gala is behind us, but the prom season is just around the corner. Of course, the second event is more important for most of us than the first one, but we must admit that the Met Gala could be a great source of inspiration for upcoming events. It is hard to tell who did the best job with the theme of the event, and we won't discuss it, there are hits and misses, but there are also a couple of dresses we liked a lot. They are wearable, luxurious, and fit perfectly with the ladies who wore them, and those are reasons to put them on our inspiration board. So, what's the topic of today's blog post? Today we'll talk about affordable puffy prom dresses inspired by this year's Met Gala event.

The first inspiration is the dress worn by Miranda Kerr at this year's Met Gala. Her dress is simple yet very romantic. For the second suggestion, we decided to show you two dresses, and both of them are inspired by the dress worn by Vanesa Hudgens. Yes, there are some differences. Her whole dress was made from tulle, almost completely transparent, but at the same time it is very romantic, and with a couple of centimeters of extra fabric it would be a perfect prom dress. 

Scrolling through this year's Met Gala photos, we found out that lots of celebrities wore black outfits, so we could tell it's not that hard to copy their style.
